3-Day Serengeti Safari

The 3-Day Serengeti Safari is designed for travelers who want an extended and immersive experience in one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. Covering central, southern, and parts of northern Serengeti, this safari includes multiple game drives and gives a higher chance of seeing predators, the Big Five, and the seasonal Great Migration. Overnight stays are in lodges or tented camps inside or near the park.

3-Day Serengeti Safari Itinerary

Duration: 3 Days / 2 Nights

Day 1:
06:00 – 07:00: Pickup from Arusha, Karatu, or nearby lodge. Scenic drive to Serengeti.
08:00 – 12:00: Enter the park and begin first game drive in central Serengeti. Spot giraffes, elephants, zebras, and predators.
12:00 – 13:00: Picnic lunch in the park.
13:00 – 17:00: Afternoon game drive exploring central or southern Serengeti. Photography and birdwatching opportunities.
17:30: Check-in at lodge or tented camp. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2:
06:00 – 09:00: Early morning game drive through southern Serengeti, prime for predator spotting and wildlife photography.
09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast at lodge or packed picnic.
10:00 – 12:00: Visit scenic kopjes, plains, and riverine forests.
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch at camp or lodge.
13:00 – 17:00: Afternoon game drive exploring northern Serengeti plains.
17:30: Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp.

Day 3:
06:00 – 09:00: Early morning game drive in northern Serengeti to catch wildlife activity at dawn.
09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast at camp.
10:00 – 12:00: Final game drive and photography stops.
12:00 – 13:00: Lunch in the park.
13:00 – 17:00: Exit the park and drive back to Arusha or nearby lodges.
